KAYSVILLE – Nate Thomassen Kiifoyle passed away August 23. 2001 in Layton, Utah.
He was born October 4, 1921, in Kaysville, Utah. A son of Roy and Roetta Thomassen Kiifoyle.
He married Bette Snow July 20, 1945. She preceded him in death May 1997.
Nate served in the Army Air Corps in World War II. He retired from Hill Force Base.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, water and snow skiing.
Survived by two daughters, Kathleen (Kitty) and Bill Grimes, Deseret Springs. Arizona; Geraldine (Gerri) and Richard Potter, Malad, Idaho; five grandsons, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents, wife, Bette, and his brother, Paul Kent – Kiifoyle.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 27, 2001, at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary. 400 North Main.
Friends and family may call Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
