Nadene Emma Gleed

GLEED, NADEEN EMMA, March 30, 1935 – August 21, 1952

Funeral services for Nadene Emma Gleed, 17 year old daughter of Henry L. and Stella Price Gleed will be conducted in Malad Third Ward Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mr. Gleed died in a Malad hospital of a liver ailment.

She was born March 30, 1935 in Malad. She attended schools here and would have been a senior student in Malad High School this fall. She had been active in school affairs, being student body secretary and treasurer elect. In July she had been attendant to the queen at the Oneida County Rodeo.

Active in Church, she had served as organist in Third Ward Sunday School and Mutual Improvement Assn. and for the past two years had taught in the Primary Association.

Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Delores and Mary Beth, and one brother, Neal Gleed; three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John W. Price and Henry Gleed Sr., all of Malad.

Burial will be in Malad Cemetery, directed by Malad Funeral Services.
