Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle Pelton, 91, who died June ?, [1966] at Treasure Valley Manor in Boise, were held June 10, 1966, at the Summers Funeral Home in Boise.

A former resident of Malad. Mrs. Pelton was the manager of Pelton’s store, a ladies’ ready-to-wear in Malad. She was the widow of Arthur E. Pelton, a former editor of The Idaho Enterprise. Mr. Pelton died 21 years ago.

Mrs. Pelton was active in the Rebekah Lodge, served in the Red Cross for many years, and worked to help organize and s**p Malad’s first hospital.

Mrs. Pelton left Malad in 19** ** to move to Boise where she was with the Idaho Employment Service.
