CORINNE__Marie Jane Craghead Larsen, 89 passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2010 peacefully at her home.
Marie was born in Holbrook, Idaho on May 30, 1920, a daughter of William Henry and Urania Gertrude Petersen Craghead.
She married her sweetheart, LaMar Bud Larsen on October 4, 1920 in Brigham City, they lived in Corinne all their married life.
Marie was a librarian at Thiokol for many years.
Marie and Bud enjoyed traveling and fishing. She was very talented and did Japanese embroidery, crocheting, knitting and taught Bunka at the Senior Center for 20 years. She loved her nieces and nephews very much.
She was a member of the Corinne 1st Ward.
Surviving are her siblings: Robert Craghead, Brigham City, Utah; Maxine C. Fonnesbeck, Logan, Utah; Rita Mae (Benny) Jeppesen, Brigham City, Utah; Dennis (Lois) Craghead, Logan, Utah; LeRoy (Liz) Craghead, Ogden, Utah and many nieces and nephews.
Preceeded in death by her parents, husband, Bud, siblings William, Theola, Dean and Lavan.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 205 S. 100 E. Brigham City, Utah.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 to 10:40 at the Mortuary.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
