Lyle C. Peck

Lyle C. Peck, 68, of Keansburg, New Jersey, died June 28th, 1983, at the Patterson Air Force Hospital in Patterson, New Jersey, of a lingering illness of cancer. He was born in Malad, Idaho, January 11, 1916, the son of Howard Peck and Julia Ann Campbell. He served for 18 years in the United States Navy. During World War II he was stationed in the South Pacific. He was Married to Dorthea[sic] C. Maltz[sic] on September 12, 1944, in San Francisco. Previous to his death, he was a Security Guard at the Fort Monmouth Army Base in New Jersey. He is survived by his wife, Dortheasic C. Peck of Keansburg, New Jersey; two sons, Michael C. Peck of Savannah, Georgia, and Randy C. Peck of Frehold[sic], New Jersey; one daughter, Sandra C. Peck of Red Banks, New Jersey; one brother, Roy C. Peck, of Brisbane, California; and one sister, Irma P. Rampton[sic], of Santa Rosa, California.

Funeral services were held in Keansburg, New Jersey, and he was buried at Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, D.C., on July 5, 1983.
