SALT LAKE CITY – Louise Swartz Bennett passed away May 1, 2002 at her son’s home in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born May 13, 1906 in Downey, ID. She is survived by two sons, Arlow and Vern Bennett. Her daughter, Venna Faye preceded her in death. Louise has a brother, Merwin, sisters, Naomi, Freeda and Leila, a brother, Wilson, proceeded her in death. She has eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Louise lived her entire life in Pocatello. She attended a technical school during World War II and worked as an electrician at the Pocatello Air Base. After the war ended she worked at various job, buts finally became a full time homemaker.

She enjoyed her yard and flowers and she loved her cats, Reggie and Blue.

She requested cremation. A memorial service will be held May 17, 2002 at the Pocatello Cedar Fourth Ward Church, Pocatello.
