Lisa Kay Huband

Lisa Kay Huband, 21, of Anthem, Arizona, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018, in an automobile accident. Lisa was born on April 10, 1996, in Pocatello, Idaho. She was raised and educated in Maryland, North Carolina and Arizona, and she graduated from Boulder Creek High School, in Anthem, with the class of 2014. Lisa was a sophomore at Brigham Young University – Idaho. She loves art, the beauty of nature, and spending time with her family. From December 2015, to June 2017, Lisa served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Argentina Mendoza Mission. She loves the people she served, the other missionaries with whom she served, and everything about Argentina – even the stray dogs. Lisa’s eyes and smile radiate the love and light of Christ. She accepts others exactly as they are, and she loves them unconditionally. Lisa’s understated and seemingly brief life was made full by her ability to “succor the weak, lift up the hands which hang down, and strengthen the feeble knees.” She is the sunflower in the garden of life. Lisa is survived by her parents, Lana and David, of Anthem, Arizona; her older brother, Tyler (Madison) of Provo, Utah; her younger siblings, Nathan, Grant and Amy, of Anthem, Arizona; and her furry friend, Sadie. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 1 p.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3595 Monad Road, Billings, Montana, 59102.
