SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. LETHA TORKELDSON

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Deseret Mortuary in Salt Lake City for Mrs. Letha J. Torkeldson, 67, who died March 2, 1957 in Salt lake City where she had been at the LDS Hospital for three months.

She was born April 28, 1889 at Portage, Utah.

Tuesday afternoon in the Portage ward chapel, services were held with Bishop Walter Gibbs presiding and Roy Halford conducting. Invocation was offered by Will Harris; benediction, Isaac Roderick; two musical selections, Singing Mothers; talks, Ora John and Roy Halford. Burial was in the Portage cemetery with Bishop Gibbs dedicating the grave.

Survivors include four daughters and two sons, Venna Williams, La Puente, CA; Rhea Eden, Minnie Tippetts, Salt Lake City; Myra Johnson, Alhambra, CA; Brigham and Henry John, Las Vegas, NV; six sisters and four brothers.
