ROY – LeRoy M. Roberts, 76, died in a Salt Lake hospital May 25 [1972] of natural causes. Born April 28, 1905, Malad, Idaho, to John Morgan and Angus McDonald Roberts. Married Gladys Minnie Olsen, May 2, 1928, Salt Lake LDS Temple, she died May 6, 1935. Married Phyllis Laura Jones, later divorced. Married Mary Louise Nuffer, Nov. 17, 1944, Logan LDS Temple. Retired school teacher, 38 years. Roy resident since 1958. Graduate Malad High School, University of Idaho, Utah State University, Member Roy First LDS Ward. Survivors: widow; sons, daughter, Reed L., Ray O., both Bountiful; H. S. Grant, Ogden; John, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Vergil (Maxine) Bruntzel, Port Orchard, Wash.; 15 grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Walter (Katherine) Maliard, St. George; Mrs. Vergil (Mae) Anderson, Aberdeen, Idaho. Funeral services will be Tuesday, 11 a.m., Roy First LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Lindquist and Sons Mortuary, Ogden, Monday 7-9 p.m., and at chapel Tuesday one hour prior to services. Burial, Malad Cemetery.
