Former Resident Dies At Pocatello

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday (tomorrow) at the Manning mortuary in Pocatello for Lee Archibald, 58, who died Tuesday (16 July 1958) of complications resulting from surgery.

Mr. Archibald was born April 4, 1900, at Daniels, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Archibald. He was reared and educated here and married Lillian Gibson on June 8, 1923. They lived here until 1940 when they moved to Pocatello where Mr. Archibald was employed by the Idaho State Highway Department for eight years. For the past ten years, he has been an instructor at Idaho State College. He was a member of the Eagles lodge.

Survivors include his widow, mother, Mrs. Laura Archibald, Pocatello; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Einzinger, Mrs. Jo Ann Piena, San Jose, Calif; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Isabel Andrus, Pocatello; five brothers, Chester, DeVere, Willard, Arnold, Pocatello; Bruce, Moab.

Interment will be in the Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
