JOHN THOMAS

LEWISTON – John Russell Thomas,69, Lewiston, died May 13, 1985 at his home following a sudden illness. He was born Nov. 25, 1915 in Malad to Wallace Owens and Caroline Jones Thomas.

In 1916 he moved to Pocatello and for the past several years had made his home in Lewiston. He was employed as a powder man for Morrison-Knudson Construction Co.

Survivors include a brother, Milton Thomas and a sister, Rhoda Guymon, both of Pocatello.

Graveside services will be Monday at the Malad Cemetery with Lamar Thomas of the LDS Church officiating.
