Jessie Diana Peabody, 10 November 1917

Jessie Diana Bloxham Peabody was born November 10, 1917 in Woodland (Downey), ID, a daughter of Polly Francis and Fuller George Bloxham. Jessie died September 29, 2002 in the Oneida County Nursing Home.

She married Arthur Peabody September 9, 1941 inJerome, ID and their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on August 26, 1964.

She lived all her married life in Malad, where she worked as a housekeeper at home and for many other families. She also worked at the Oneida County Nursing Home as a CNA.

Jessie loved to quilt and crochet.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur of Malad; one son, Arthur (Berniece) Peabody of Tremonton, UT; one daughter, Polly Dianne (Mike) Scott of Malad; 16 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one sister, Nell Nieffenegger of Ogden, UT. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters, a daughter in law, Sheila Peabody.
