James Howell Jr. (Birth 15 Oct 1828/Death 1 Jun 1906)

James Howell Jr. was born October 15, 1828 at Danville, Vermillion County, Illinois to parents James Howell and Jane Copeland.

He married Rosannah Monk January 29, 1857 at Franklin, Decatur, Illinois. They had eight children.

Mr. Howell passed away at Woodruff, Oneida, Idaho June 1, 1906. He is buried at Portage, Utah.

Survivors include his wife, and children, Thomas Jefferson, Nancy Melvina (Thornton), James William, John Crumwell, LeRoy Howell and Rose Annie (Bigler).

A son, Mahonri Moriancumer, Birth 10 Aug 1869 preceded him in death on 30 Sep 1898. Also, a daughter, Sarah Jane, birth 1858, death 1899.
