KAYSVILLE – Jackson Dennis Daniels, 4, the light of all our lives, returned home unexpectedly on Friday, September 28, 2001.

Jackson was born December 19, 1996, the son of Alissa Thomas and Dennis Michael Daniels.

Jackson lived every day to the fullest and had many interests. He loved to dirt bike, go fishing, snowboard, and ride his scooter and bike. He was so excited to play soccer and looked forward to his games. Jackson touched so many lives with his love for life and people, and he accomplished more in his four short years than most do in a lifetime. Jackson was always the life of the party and his smile and personality lit up every room he entered.

Surviving are his parents and one brother, Taylor Daniels.

Jackson is also survived by his grandparents, Samuel and Nina Thomas; Nancy Thomas; John and Diane Daniels; his great-grandparents, Don and Angelina Salas; Elsie Thomas; Affreda Koenigbauer; Doris Daniels; his God-parents. Darci (Daniels) and Matthew Knight; aunts and uncles, Brenda Thomas; Amanda (Thomas) and Kris Dietrich; Matthew and Delilah Thomas; Samantha Thomas; Jessica Cipolla; Chesley Hull; Dana (Daniels) Reed; Douglas Daniels; Dawn (Daniels) and Dave Mclnnes; and Debra Daniels.
Jackson was preceded in death by his relatives, John Koenigbauer; Gilbert Daniels; Samuel A. Thomas; Catalina M. Wines; and Jane Cipolla.

Jackson, we were all privileged to have known you and had you in our lives. You have left us with so many memories that we will cherish until we can be with you again.

The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the men and women of Davis County and Syracuse City Police. Their kindness and sympathy at this most difficult time of our lives was above and beyond the call of duty.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Lindguist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Tuesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. where Prayer Service will be held at 6 p.m. Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Mortuary. Buried in Layton, Utah.
