Jack Harris died in the Boise Veterans Hospital, Sunday, June 4, 1995. He was born October 24, 1920 in Malad to Stillman J and Nora Thomas Harris. He married Helen Bowen.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; 3 sons, Thanyne, St. Louis, Mo.; Ron and Cutis, both of Boise; two sisters, Theda Fink, Burley; Helen (Mrs, Gerald) Thomas, of Malad; a brother Stanley of Twin Falls.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. In the Summers Funeral Home in Boise, Idaho.

BOISE- Jack Harris, 74, died June 4, 1995 at the Veterans Hospital in Boise where he was admitted after a heart attack.
Memorial services were held Friday, June 9, 1995, at the Summers Funeral homes, Boise Chapel. Private family interment will be held at a later date.
Jack was born on October 24, 1920, in Malad. He graduated from high school in Malad and went on to Weiser and achieved schooling in business and accounting. He joined the Navy on January 18, 1942, in Ogden, Utah. He completer PT school in October and reported aboard PT 80 in November 1942. His tour of duty was on PT 80. He received his discharge on June 19, 1945. He was proud of his tour of duty.
He married Helen Jean Bowen on July 12 1944, in Malad, and they have three sons. He retired as an office manager from the Western Construction Company in Boise. Jack left wonderful memories of his unique sense of humor and his love for family and friends.
Jack is survived by his wife, Helen; three sons, Thayne from St. Louis, Missouri; Ron and daughter-in-law Becky, and Curtis and daughter-in law Lori, both of Boise; seven grandchildren; one brother Stan, of Twin Falls; and two sisters, Theda Fink of Burley, and Helen Thomas, of Malad. He also has two step-sisters, Lola Stapeley, of California; and Joyce Kent of Malad. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dean, and a sister, Shirley.
Memorials made be made in Jack’s name to the Veterans Hospital, 500 W. Fort Street, Boise, ID, 83702.
