PORTAGE, Box Elder county – funeral for Mrs. Iva Wells Hoskins, 78, will be Thursday, 1 p.m., Portage Ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She died Monday at her home of a heart ailment. Born Dec 8, 1882, Woodruff, Idaho, to Erastus N. and Mary Etta Moon Wells. Married to Theodore Albert Hoskins Aug. 14, 1901, Woodruff, later solemnized Logan LDS Temple. Survivors: husband; sons, Clifford, Ogden; Herman, Layton; Afton, Clearfield; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Hugh, Salt Lake City; Heber, Ray, both of Blackfoot, Idaho; Charles, Aberdeen, Idaho; Lorin, and a sister Mrs. Myrtle Shelman, both of Springville, Idaho. Friends call Hansen Funeral Home, Malad, Idaho, Wednesday, 6 to 9 p.m. and at family home at Portage Thursday after 9:30 a.m. burial in Portage Cemetery.
