MRS. IDUMIA TUBBS DIES AT POCATELLO

Pocatello – Idumia W. Tubbs, 75, of 211 Jones Drive, Pocatello, died November 18, 1965 of a short illness at St. Anthony Hospital.

Mrs. Tubbs was born October 15, 1890 in Washakie, Utah, daughter of Moroni and Eliza Voss Ward.

She married Joel Arvin Tubbs June 18, 1912 in Ogden. They received their temple endowments in the Logan LDS Temple November 15, 1962.

She resided at Holbrook and Malad for many years and for the past ten years she made her home at the above address.

Mrs. Tubbs was preceded in death by her husband and one son.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served in several positions in Primary and Relief Society. She was a member of the Twenty-sixth Ward.

Survivors include two sons, Stuart V., Malad and Joel DaMaughn, Pocatello; three daughters, Mrs. Dallas (Shirley) Jeppson, Brigham City, Mrs. Bert (Iola) Petersen, Renton, WA; and Mrs. E.L. (Audrey) Moser, Pocatello; 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; a brother, John H. Ward, Riverdale, UT; three half-brothers, Dwight Ward, Logan, UT; Ira Ward, Riverside, UT; and Melvin Ward of Providence, UT; two half sisters, Mrs. Iva Peters, Los Angeles, and Mrs. Jennie Bott, Logan, UT.

Services were held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the 26th LDS Ward chapel and burial was at the Malad City Cemetery.
