   Hubert S. Humphrey, 66, 1464 Cottage Ave., died Sunday, July 9, 1995 at a local medical center following an extended illness.
   He was born December 26, 1928 at Arbon, Idaho to Horace W. and Leah Hargett Humphrey. He served in the United States Army from December 1950 to November 1952 during the Korean conflict.
   He dry farmed in the Arbon Valley for several years, and worked for Thikol in Promontory Point, Utah.
    Hubert enjoyed fishing, dancing and spending his winters in Arizona sun, buying used mobile homes and renovating them, and rebuilding used cars. He also loved spending time with his family. He was a member of the Ogden, International order of the Eagles, Aerie 2472 Inc. FOE.
     He is survived by three sisters,  Leah  Hardenbrook of Brigham City, Utah, Lois Alexander of Pocatello and Hazel Bateman of Kalispell, Montana; and a very special friend, Mary Dickerson of Pocatello, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and one sister.
      Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 11, 1995 at 11 a.m. In the Henderson Funeral Chapel, 431 N. 15th ave., Pocatello, with Pastor Bill Levy of Calvery Alliance Church officiating. The family will receive friends tonight from 7 p.m. To 9 p.m. And from 10 a.m. Until time of services on Tuesday at the Henderson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Restlawn memorial Gardens, Pocatello, with military graveside rites by the combined veteran's groups of Pocatello:  Disabled American Veterans Chapter 3, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 735, American legion Post 4, and the Fleet Reserve Association No. 133.
