GREEN, HELEN EVANS

VANCOUVER, WA – Word has been received here of the death of Helen Evans Green, 68, Vancouver, who died there September 5, 1984 following an illness. She was a former resident of McCammon and Arimo.

She was born December 2, 1916 in Marsh Center, to Lawrence and Lucille Coffin Evans. She was a 1934 graduate of Arimo High School and also graduated from Albion State Normal School after which she taught school in Holbrook and McCammon.

She played the piano and accompanied dances with several orchestras.

She married Ralph J. Green May 17, 1938 in Logan, Utah. They have resided in Evanston, WY, Omaha, NB and Salt lake City, UT. She was a member of the LDS Church.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Jackie Sessions and Barbara Anderson, both of Vancouver; Patricia Graham, Omaha; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Laura Gale, Ogden, UT. She ws preceded in death by her parents and one son.

Funeral services and burial were held Saturday in Vancouver.
