THOMPSON, GORDON W., December 23, 1937 – August 10, 2008

Gordon Wise Thompson, 70, passed away August 10, 2008 after a life filled with a variety and enjoyment of many different passions. Dad was born on December 23, 1937 and was the youngest child of Leland J. and Mary W. Thompson.

Dad spent his early years growing up in the Garland and Tremonton area, where he made many of his life -long friends that he enjoyed to the end.

Dad enjoyed a progressive career at Thiokol for 35 years and worked hard to provide for his family. He enjoyed farming and keeping up an immaculate yard at the home that they had built. His work was endless to make sure that his family was well provided for.

His not so secret love was the cars and truck that he worked so hard to keep the cleanest and neatest around. These endeavors eventually lead him to the car business that he enjoyed in the early years of retirement.

After mom and dad chose different paths in life, dad moved to Samaria, ID where he continued his perfection of a new home.
