WILLIAMS, GARY LeROY, October 3, 1937 – January 19, 2008

RIVERDALE – Gary LeRoy Williams passed away January 19, 2008 at McKay Dee Hospital. Gary was born on October 3, 1937 in Malad, Idaho, the first son of LeRoy and Elsie Gleed Williams. He learned his work ethics early by starting his first job at the age of 14 working at Kays Noodle Parlor. He worked various jobs until he became employed at Hill Air Force Base. He was the division maintenance unit officer. He went TDY and because of this it gave him the opportunity to visit and live in other states. Gary and his son Rick also worked together in developing various properties in Northern Utah.

He had many hobbies and interests. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and golfing. He also enjoyed taking trips to Wendover.

He married Dolores Webber in Ogden and out of that union came five children. Gary enjoyed spending time with his family whom he loved very much.

He is survived by his wife Dolores, his children Rick Williams (Kathy), Bart Williams (Debbie), Kent Williams, Wendy Barnes (Jeff) and Todd Williams. He has seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two younger brothers, Gordon Williams (Anita) and Lynn Williams (ShaRon).

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Elsie Williams.

Funeral services will be held January 24, 2008 at Myers Roy Mortuary. Interment, Memorial Gardens, Ogden, Utah.
