
PEACOCK, EULALIA PRICE, January 20, 1925 – January 24, 2006
RIVERDALE, UTAH – Eulalia Price Peacock, 81, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2006 in St. George, Utah. She was born on January 20, 1925 in Samaria, Idaho, daughter of Evan M. Price and Deloria Peterson Price.
She married Gerald E. Peacock on November 10, 1947; the marriage was later solemnized in the Logan, Utah Temple.
Eulalia was raised in Samaria, Idaho and later moved to Ogden, Utah, where she worked at the Defense Depot and met her loving and devoted husband. They later moved to Glendora, California, where she raised her family.
She was a devoted mother, wife and sister, and enjoyed spending time with her immediate and extended family. She loved family reunions, grandchildren and taking family vacations. She worked throughout her life giving service to family and friends. She returned to Utah in 1969 where she lived in Kaysville until 2003. After working several years for the ZCMI Dept. Store, she retired in 19990.
Eulalia was a devoted member of the LDS Church and served in various auxiliary organizations. She especially loved children. She had a firm and loving testimony of the Savior and was true and faithful to the end.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald of Riverdale, Utah; daughters: Shari Peacock, St. George, Utah; and Jelean (Kevin) Hirchi of Garland, Utah; five grandchildren: Mark (Dixie) Hirschi, Tremonton, Utah; Cortney (Angela) Hirchi, Ephraim, Utah; Jerry (Katie) Hirschi, Ogden, Utah; Jennise Hirchi, Ogden, Utah and Michael Hirschi, Garland, Utah; four great-grandchildren and five brothers and sisters: Bernice Lewis, Malad; Platt Price, Malad; Hyrum Price, Malad; Merrill Price, Malad; and Anita Williams, Tremonton.
A viewing was conducted Friday, January 27, 2006 in Riverdale, Utah and Saturday, January 28, 2006 in Malad. Burial was in the Malad Cemetery.
