PRICE, ERMA D., January 27, 1923 – February 16, 2004

Erma Jean Davis Price, 81, of Malad, passed away on February 16, 2004 in Apple Valley, California. She was born January 27, 1923 in Malad, Idaho, a daughter of Griff J. and Vernal May Caldwell Davis. Erma was raised and educated in Malad. She married Odell Price April 28, 1941, in Pocatello. They made their home in California for many years and Erma was employed in various jobs. Following retirement in 1980 they returned to Malad.

Odell passed away January 19, 1992. Erma enjoyed spending winters in Arizona. She loved gardening, camping and especially the many trips to Wendover.

Erma was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her three children: Gary Odell (Ann) Price, Oregon; Julie (Del) Bogacz, Apple Valley, CA; and Mary Lynn Daniels, Malad; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one brother, John R. (Jeanette) Davis, Rigby, ID; six sisters: Emily (Dan) Sheridan, Malad; Marlene (Ray) Thomas, Grace, ID; Joann (Bill) Williams, Mesquite, NV; Pearl (Darwin) Tolbert, Malad; Rosalie Browning, Simi Valley, CA; Deanna (Jim) Johnson, Roseville, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers: Clair, Vaughn, Boyd and Terry.

Funeral services were held February 21, 2004 at the Horsley Funeral Home. Burial was in the Malad City Cemetery.
