Mrs. Emma Hendriksen Ekstrom, age 63, died at the Oneida Hospital on June 8, 1962, of a heart ailment. She was born August 8, 1899 at Newton, Cache County, UT, a daughter of Christian and Josephine Johannsen Hendricksen. She was married to Levi B. Ekstrom August 1, 1920 at Preston.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors include her husband; four sons and four daughters, John M., Phoenix, AZ; Grant L., Jay B. and Mrs. Hazel E. Clark, Pocatello; Mrs. Pearl Hunsaker, McCammon; Albert, Dixie L. and Mrs. Gloria J. Moon, Malad; 23 grandchildren, six brothers and three sisters.
