ELVA MADSON WILLIAMS
Elva Madson Williams, 90, of Malad, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2000, in the Oneida County Nursing Home.

She was born September 21, 1910, in Malad, a daughter of Jonathan Madson and Amelia Ann Clark Madson. She was the third eldest of 11 children. Elva spent her early years on the family farm in Elkhorn, and there attended school. She later attended Malad High School.

She married Harold Williams May 25, 1931, and they were blessed with one son, Earl M. Williams. Harold passed away in 1969.

She is survived by her son, Earl, of Malad; three brothers, John G. Madson of Malad, Grant (Beth) and Parke Madson, of Idaho Falls; one sister, Amelia Ann (John) Garrick of Laguna Beach, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, five brothers and one sister.

Funeral services were held on Monday, November 27, 2000, in the Horsley Funeral Home. Burial was in the Malad City Cemetery.
