Services Friday for Mrs. Hurd
Funeral services will be held at Snowville Friday at 1 p.m. for Mrs. Edith Lillian Vanderhoof Hurd, 68, who died Tuesday at a Tremonton hospital.
Mrs. Hurd was born July 12, 1892, a daughter of Jesse and Lerona Hickman Vanderhoof of North Ogden. She was married to Horton Hurd Feb. 10, 1915 at Malad and the marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Mr. Hurd died in 1960.
Surviving are sons and daughters, Mrs. George (Mildred) Skidmore, Joseph, Snowville; Mrs. Chadwick (Bernice) Jones, Tremonton; Mrs. Chris (Lucille) Fearheller, Mrs. Donald (Joyce) Cote, Twin Falls; Lamoin, Corinne; 18 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Edmund Hurd, Snowville; Mrs. Esther Terrault, Prosser, Wash.; Warren, Amity, Oregon; Mrs. Grace Shaw, Ogden; Giles, Sparks, Nev.; Jesse, Roseville, California.
