Funeral For Former Malad City Woman

Funeral services for Donna Kay Wakley Stowell, 28, who died in Salt Lake City Nov. 1 following surgery, were held at 1 p.m. Friday in Preston Second Ward Chapel.

She was born Feb. 26, 1940, in Malad, a daughter of Daniel and Mary Edna Evans Wakley.

She was married to Ronald Stowell on June 6, 1958, in Preston.

She is survived by her husband; one son and three daughters, DeVerl, Barbara Jean, Sharlene and Vicky, all of Preston.

She is also survived by her parents of Downey and two brothers, Daniel Lamon of Holbrook and Darrell Lamar, who is in the military service, stationed at Battle Creek, Mich. She also is survived by her grandmother, Mrs. Phoebe Hughes, Malad.
