Dennis Grant Pincock

“It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog.” -Mark Twain Dennis Grant Pincock returned to the Lord at the stroke of midnight November 2nd, 2016 at IMC Hospital, Murray, UT. He fought the good fight and has found peace and rest after battling several years of multiple health issues. Dennis was born April 27th, 1949 in Rexburg, Idaho. He was the second child of three to Elene Jenkins and Grant Blackford Pincock. Dennis loved learning, fishing, telling stories and being with his family. His love of reading will be remembered by all. Among Dennis’s favorites were The Great Brain, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, and How Green Was My Valley. Dennis was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served valiantly in several callings as executive secretary, in the high priest group, teaching English to Spanish members, family history consultant and a four-year service mission. Dennis is survived by his loving 1wife, Kathie, his six children, Angelic (Shawn), Susannah (Joshua), John (Penny), Elizabeth (Arturo), Thomas (Liane) Sarah (Jason) and twenty grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Jerry Pincock (Liz) and Sandra Struhs (Rodney) as well as many friends and family who loved him dearly. Services will be held on November 7th, 2016 at noon in the Horsley Funeral Home 132 W. 300 N in Malad City, Idaho. A viewing will be held prior from 10:45-11:30.
