GIBSON, DAVID, (?) – May 24, 1938

Funeral services for David Gibson, 62, who died May 24, 1938 were held at the First Ward Chapel on Saturday. Bishop Junius L. Crowther presided at the services. Invocation was given by B.D. Call and the speakers were H.I. Mills and R.N. Hill. Musical numbers were furnished by Stillman Harris, Mrs. Margaret E. Jones and a trio composed of Morgan Tovey, Lester Tovey and Edward Woozley. Benediction was pronounced by W.F. Kingston. Interment was in the Malad cemetery with Bishop Crowther dedicating the grave.

A large number of friends and relatives were present to pay their final respects to Mr. Gibson. Among those from out of town being: Mrs. Sarah Evans of Lethbridge, Canada and Mrs. Griff Richards of Los Angeles, CA.
