Clayton Rex Morrison

Clayton Rex Morrison, 48, 330 Commercial Street, Inkom, died early Tuesday morning, December 28, 1993, at his home following a lingering illness.

He was born February 5, 1945, at Malad, Idaho, to Leland James “Bog” and Jennie Adessa Underwood Morrison. He graduated from Marsh Valley High School in l963. He married Mary Larayne Hargraves October 28, 1966, at Inkom, Idaho.

He was employed as a truck driver for Handy Truck Lines. He enjoyed hunting, horses, snowmobiling, fishing and working in his shop. He was a member of the Inkom LDS Ward. He was a member of the Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club, and Coconut Riding Club.

He is survived by his wife of Inkom; two sons, Kile and Misty Morrison of Inkom, Mark and Valerie Morrison of Pocatello; three grandchildren; a stepmother, Lila Morrison, of Downey, Idaho; six brothers, L Paul Morrison of Chubbuck, Lynn Morrison of McCammon, Idaho; Joe Morrison Chubbuck, Dan Morrison of Inkom, Drew Morrison of Santa Maria, California; and Philip Morrison of Downey; a sister, Lola Gay Jones, of West Valley, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parent.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, December 31, 1993, in the Inkom LDS Ward Chapel, with Bishop Dale Bowman officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec 30, at the Henderson Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello, and from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday at the church. Interment will follow in the Inkom Cemetery.
