Chester Neifenegger, 45, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Neifenegger, died at the family home in Malad Wednesday evening, January 2.
Funeral services have not yet been scheduled. An obituary will appear in next week’s edition of The Enterprise.

Funeral services for Chester Henry Nieffenegger, 45, who died at the family home in Malad Wednesday evening after an illness of 28 years, was held in the Reorganized LDS Chapel, Sunday at 1 p.m. with Presiding Elder Hilton Williams in charge.
Prayer at the home was offered by James Madsen; prelude and postlude were play by Mrs. J.C. Ward; invocation was offered by Hilton Williams; musical numbers were furnished by Mrs. Lurline James, Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Sorenson and J. Guy Gleed. Richard Nies of Salt Lake City was the speaker. Benediction was offered by Hilton Williams.
Interment was in the Malad Cemetery, where Richard Nies dedicated the grave.
Mr. Nieffenegger was born at Malad, October 6, 1906, a son of Henry and Mabel Venetta Clark Nieffenegger.
He attended the Malad schools and assisted his father until he became ill when 17 years old. He was a lifetime member of the Reorganized LDS Church.
Besides his parents of Malad, he is survived by three sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Edna M. Ritchie, Mrs. Fern M. Winegar, Mrs. Julia Bell Bailey, all of San Bernardino, California; Elmer L., Niel L., and LaVere J. Nieffenegger, all of Malad.
Those from out of town attending the services were Mrs. Wilson Ritchie, Mr. and Mrs. Don L. Baile, of San Bernardino, California; Joe Nieffenegger of Hagerman, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer L. Nieffenegger, Leavitt Taylor and Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Millard of Arimo; Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Clark Jr. and Mrs. Herbert, Bowles, Pocatello; Mrs. Hattie Knight, Provo, Utah; Mr and Mrs. Ted Lott, Tremonton, Utah.
