Brielle Nicole Bird, beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, friend, and hero, returned to her Heavenly Father on December 11, 2025, at the tender age of 9. Brielle resided in Malad City, Idaho, where she was deeply loved by her family and community.
Brielle came to this earth with a special light. At the age of four, she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma, and spent much of her life bravely enduring difficult treatments and trials. Though her earthly journey was marked by pain and hardship, Brielle faced each day with remarkable courage, faith, and joy. After a period of remission, her cancer returned in January 2024, and she continued her fight with unwavering strength and a trusting heart.
Those who knew Brielle were touched by her sweet spirit, radiant smile, and zest for life. She found joy in dancing, being with her family, and sharing happiness with others. Brielle’s example inspired countless people. Her courage and positive attitude attracted many, as she shared her journey to bring hope and awareness to childhood cancer.
Brielle’s life brought people together. Her community rallied around her and her family with prayers, service, and acts of love, bearing witness to the Savior’s teachings to mourn with those who mourn and comfort those in need. Brielle taught all who knew her powerful lessons about faith, perseverance, and trusting in the Lord’s plan.
While her time on earth was brief, Brielle fulfilled her mission in a profound way. Her family finds peace in the knowledge that families are eternal and that Brielle is now free from pain, resting in the loving care of a Heavenly Father who knows and loves her perfectly.
Brielle will forever be cherished and remembered for the light she brought into the world.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 16,2025 at 12 noon. Viewings will be held Monday evening from 6-8 P.M. and again prior to the service from 10-11:30 A.M.
