Arthur C. Byington

Word has been received of the passing of Arthur C. Byington Sun day, June 27, at his home in Molalla, Oregon. He was a long-time resident of Downey. He was born November 29, 1919, in Downey, son of Hyrum Arthur and Pearl Waldron Byington.

He married Veda Yearsley, of Downey, and she preceded him in death. He is survived by his widow, Deloris Byington, one sister, Althea Waldron Christensen of Renton, Washington; one step-sister and two step-brothers, and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hyrum Arthur and Pearl Byington.

Graveside services will be Saturday, July 3, at 2 p.m. at the Downey Cemetery.
