Funeral Today For Mrs. Anna J. Stowe

After an illness of seven months, Mrs. Anna Jensen Stowe, 76 died at her home in Malad Tuesday.

A daughter of John C. and Dorothy Lentz Jensen, Mrs. Stowe was born March 22, 1878 and was a Malad resident 60 years. She was married to William Henry Stowe, Dec 7, 1898 at Malad. Mrs. Stowe was a member of the LDS Church.

Surviving are two sons and four daughters, Mrs. Robert L. Thomas, Mrs. Gilbert Jensen, Mrs. Richard Andrew, John C. Stowe, all of Malad; Wm. H. Stowe, Georgetown, Ida.; Mrs. Lester Atkinson, Samaria; 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services are being conducted today in the Malad LDS First ward chapel with Bishop D. Dredge Thomas officiating.

Interment will be in the Malad City cemetery under the direction of the Benson Funeral Home.
