Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 5th, 1962 at the Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby for Albert Lorenzo Schwartz, 56, who died Sunday at his home after a long illness.

Mr. Schwartz was born June 22, 1906 at Logan, Utah, a son of Ernest and Emma Binggelli Schwartz. He married Melva Schvaneveldt in the Logan LDS Temple September 29, 1926.

He moved to Idaho Falls in 1909 and resided in the Mud Lake area for 24 years where he engaged in farming. The Schwartz family moved to Rigby in the past year.

He was a member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include his widow ,Melva, Rigby; one son and six daughters; Leon Schwartz, Terreton; Mrs. Ronald (Norma) Garner, Roberts; Mrs. Donald (Carol) Shenton, Dubois; Mrs. Tony (Marie) Staley, Dillon, Montana; Mrs. Lindsay (Bonnie) Hatch, Driggs; Fay and Mary Lou, Rigby. One son died in 1956.

Also surviving is his mother, Mrs. Emma Schwartz, Malad; sisters and brothers, Mrs. Lyman (Ella) Anderson, Mrs. Rose Daniels, Pocatello; Mrs. Delbert (Ruth) Schvaneveldt, Weston; Fred, Pocatello; John, Moore; Rex, Malad; 16 grandchildren.

Those from Malad attending the services were Mrs. Emma Schwartz, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Schwartz and family, Mrs. William Schwartz, Darrel Schwartz, Mrs. Bud John.
