Goldie worked at Hill Air Force Base in travel pay, where she retired after 25 years. She later moved to Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, where she worked part-time at the Lava Museum.
She had a great love for music, which she passed on to her boys. Nothing made her more proud than to see them play. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and camping. Her greatest joy came from cooking dinners and spending time with her family. Her love and thoughtfulness along with her smile and contagious laugh will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her boys, Larry and Vicki Prather, Lyman, Wyoming, Tom and Dana Prather, Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, Neil and Jane Prather, Willard, Utah, Jory and Dee Prather, Lebanon, Indiana; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
