WILMA THOMAS by her eternal companion G. BART THOMAS
What a marvelous soul; though she’s passed into paradise, we are comforted by the thought that we are still sealed as a family.
On Tues. Jan. 22, 2013; Wilma, 67, passed away peacefully in her sleep to continue her life of service there. Well-schooled by her high priest husband in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and eight of the most wonderful and successful children. We believe we are sealed as a family by God’s authentic priesthood restored by the “original apostles” Peter, James and John. Compassionate service was and is her motivation. She was taught well by her Grover, WY family; by BYU, where she studied family relations; and by people in her wards and stakes who taught her the gospel. Being full of love and no respecter of persons, she believes we are all children of a loving Father in Heaven to whom we may return through the atonement of Jesus Christ (Our Creator). If she were to speak now, she would no doubt say in parting, “I love you all!” Those who knew her would respond, “Likewise, we love you too!”
On Sat. Jan. 26, 2013, a viewing (10-11:45 am), funeral services (12 -1 pm) and family lunch (1-1:45 pm) will be held at the LDS church 3963 S Peachwood Dr (3480 W) West Valley City, UT. Travel to the burial at Malad City Cemetery in Malad City, ID will be from (1:45-3:15 pm). Money, in lieu of flowers, would be greatly appreciated.
