Samuel Marion England

Funeral services for Samuel Marion England, 51, who died July 9, 1952 in an Ogden hospital, will be held at the Logan 6th Ward Chapel at 1:00 p.m., July 21, 1952.

He was born in Logan, August 5, 1901, a son of Samuel M. and Martha Bench England. Educated in Logan schools, Mrs. England resided there until six years ago when he moved to Malad, where he was associated with the American Food Stores.

He was a meat cutter by occupation. He married Della Packer, May 6, 1923.

Surviving are two sons, Dean England, with the U.S. Navy at San Diego, CA, and DeWayne England, Logan; two grandchildren and six brothers and sisters: Mrs. Einar Young, Logan; Mrs. Ivan Coleman, Venice, CA; William H. England, Grover, WY; Edwin S. England, Tujunga, CA; John F. England and Donald L. England, Pocatello, ID.

A son, Dennis England, was killed in action during World War II.
