He was born in Montpeiler, Idaho February 19, 1957 to Donald and Lucille Elmore (Manos)

Joe work for Guy Neilson Co. in a job he loved. He made many friends over the years and was loved by all. He enjoyed talking road trips with his wife on his Harley Davidson, not only for love of the ride but for charitable events. He loved the outdoors, camping and fishing. He was always busy working around his yard and home.

Survived by his Wife, Marsha Elmore, Son, J.D. Elmore of Pocatello, Stepson, JJ (Melissa) McCormick and four grandchildren of Meridian Id, Mother, Lucille Manos of Inkom, Sister, Julia (Steve) Campbell of McCammon, Sister, Doni (Roy) Hanson of Santa Maria, CA. Preceded in Death, Father, Sister, Kathy Geary, Stepfather, Donald Manos.

There will be a celebration of Joe’s life at the Downey Senior Center January 14 From 2 to 5 pm.

He will be remembered for his insatiable love for life, family, and friends. His friendship, caring, and vitality will always be cherished. If there is one thing Joe taught us; it was how to love.
