Tyeson Secrist Iverson, (1994)

Tyeson Secrist Iverson
October 11, 1994 — March 13, 2026

McCammon, Idaho lost an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, father and friend to all on Friday, March 13, 2026. Tyeson Secrist Iverson was doing what he loved, riding his motorcycle when he passed away. Son of Andrew Lee and Stephanie Marie Iverson was born October 11, 1994, in Pocatello, Idaho. He was raised and educated in Marsh Valley and graduated from Marsh Valley High School, class of 2013. He then served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Denver, Colorado Mission from 2013 to 2015 speaking Spanish.

Tyeson was a life-long fan of the Oregon Ducks and rarely missed a game. He would always be dressed in his “lucky” Oregon Duck shoes on game day. He enjoyed spending his time riding his motorcycle, going to family events, attending concerts, being with Emmah and Rook, and video games, where he could decompress and catch-up with friends.

Tyeson was a phenomenal athlete. He played baseball, basketball, and his personal favorite, football. He excelled at anything he set his mind to. He lived his life to the motto “Nobody Cares, Work Harder.” Tyeson was a private individual but loved everyone around him. Tyeson was a loyal friend to those close to him. Tyeson’s life goal was fulfilled when his son Rook was born. His life shifted to everything about Rook. Tyeson put others before himself, and Rook was the pinnacle of his pyramid.

Tyeson had the privilege of working with his best-friend and brother, Stetson, at Itafos. They would drive to work together when they had the same shift, and they loved being together and tricking each other. They were born brothers and became life-long friends.

He is survived by his son, Rook Secrist Iverson and fiancé Emmah Peterson, his parents Andrew and Stephanie of McCammon, sister Sierra (Ryan) Jensen and son Ryker of Rexburg, brother Stetson Iverson and sons Briggs and Bex of McCammon, Grandparents Bill and Betsy Howell of McCammon and extended family.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Mark and Susie Iverson of Pocatello, Great Grandma Mable Lish of Inkom, Great Grandparents Bill and Marie Howell of McCammon.

Friends may call from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday evening the 19th and prior to the services at 9:30-10:30am Friday morning with a Celebration of Life at 11am on the 20th in the McCammon Stake Center.
