Eileen Williams

On Thursday July 29th, 2010 our loving little mother Ruth Eileen Williams , surrounded by her loving family, passed away at Mckay Dee Hospital in Ogden Utah after a long illness.
Eileen was born in Malad, Idaho on September 2nd, 1944 to Hubert Merlin Robbins and Ruth Victoria Anderson Robbins. She was raised one of fourteen children in Stone, Idaho. She was married to Farrel D. Williams on August 25, 1961. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Utah Temple. They made their home in many places but eventually settled west of Malad in the St. John area. There they raised 3 sons and 2 daughters but she was known as mom to many others. Their door was always open and no one left hungry.
Eileen loved her garden and watching the birds while working in her yard. But her greatest joy was found when she was with her family. She was very proud of her grand children and spend countless hours with them. She also loved her get aways with her sisters and playing pinochle.
Eileen was known for being hard working and proud. She worked many jobs including cooking at the Oneida County Hospital and worked over 20 years at Lazy Boy in Tremonton Utah.
Eileen was loved by all and will be dearly missed. She is survived by her husband Farrel and five children, DeRay (Lynn) Williams, Devon (Carol) Williams, Trisa (Scott) Murray, Jody Williams, Erica (Justin) Giles, twenty three Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by ten brothers and sisters, Hazel (Glenn) Jones.
