Kenny was born on December 1, 1962 in Sacramento, CA. He passed into the arms of his family and friends that had gone before him on March 23, 2008 at the age of 45. Kenny was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and led a very active and full life until the end. He was a huge 49er fan and a Dale Ernhardt, Jr. fan.

Kenny is survived by his loving wife, Cathy; his father and mother, Jim and Lee Allen of Preston, ID; his mother, Virginia Sams; his sisters, Tammy Cameron and Patty Carion; his brothers, Rob Allen and Phillip (Tanette) Allen; his nieces, Leah and Ressa; his nephews, Matthew, Jonathan and Garreth; his aunts, Mary Allen and Barb (Scott) Eichhorst; his uncles, Gary (Brenda) and Keven Cissney; his little friend Cisco; and numerous other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Al and Beulah Cissney of Preston; and his uncle, Bill Allen of Preston.

The cremation took place in Sacramento, Ca on March 29. His remains will be interred at 3 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008 in Malad, Idaho. Kenny’s smile, sense of humor and generous heart will be missed by all. We love you Kenny.
