Warren E. Harper, 81 of Okanogan, Washington, and father of Edna Palmer of Malad, died Sunday, April 11,1993, in Omak, Washington. A graveside service will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul, Idaho Cemetery under the direction of the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home (of) Malad, (Idaho).
