Grace Williams, 14 August 1921

Grace Williams, 81, died October 30, 2002 in Tooele, Utah.

She was born August 14, 1921 to Christian and Wilamina Kidman Jensen in Arimo, ID. She married Vern Williams on July 11, 1938 in Malad, ID. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a devout member of the LDS Church and served in many capacities. Her favorite things to do were cooking, crafts, dancing and especially being with her family. She worked side by side with her husband for many years.

She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Coates (Verl) and nine grandchildren, Tina Coates (Chris Caldwell), Tooele; Lynn Coates (Cathy) Rush, Valley; David Coates, Fallon, NV; Troy Coates (Janna), Sunset, UT; Darren Coates (Jeniel), Grantsville; Tara Butler (David), Tooele; Janet Kim (In), Castle Rock, CO; Parker Coates, Tooele; and Tia Smith (Keith), Salt lake City; 26 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vern Williams; two sons, Howard LaVern Williams and Boyd Jay Williams; and parents, Christian Jensen and Wilamina Jensen.

Funeral services will be held November 2, 2002 at the Tooele 26th Ward. Burial will be in the Tooele City Cemetery.
