M. Joan Hall

M. Joan Hall, 56, 670 Wayne, died Wednesday evening, April 24, 1991, at a local hospital.
She was born July 18, 1934, at Malad, Idaho, to Vestal R. and Mildred Jones Weeks. She was raised by her grandmother and aunt after her mother’s death from complications due to childbirth. She attended schools in Pocatello, graduating from Pocatello High School
She married Clarence G. Hall on September 29, 1971, at Pocatello, Idaho.
She was a seamstress and enjoyed craft and handiwork and attending arts and craft shows and enjoyed her grandchildren. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by her husband, of Pocatello, a son, Robert W., Williams, Clinton, Utah; five daughters, Margaret Ruebelmann, Carlsbad, N.M.; Nancy Williams, Canton, Mich., Barbara Baker and Pamela Howell, Pocatello, and Merry Williams, Fairfax, Va.; 13 grandchildren; her aunt, Vera Underhill, Boise, and her uncle, Bill Jones, Malad. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Richard Farnes and a granddaughter, Melissa Baker.
Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, May 1, at 11 a.m. at Henderson Funeral Chapel, 431 North 15th, with former Bishop Curtis Lee officiating. The family will received friends Tuesday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and from 10 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the Henderson Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery, near Malad.
