Mrs. Theda Evans Shulz[Shultz], 53, of 1990 Buchanan, died Tuesday, October 30, 1984, at St. Benedict’s Hospital following a lingering illness.

She was born March 23, 1931 in Malad Idaho, a daughter of Ben A. and Belle Thorpe Evans.

She attended school in Malad and also attended Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.

She had owned and operated beauty shops in Ogden for 33 years.

She married Monte H. Deschamps June 6, 1953, in Malad. They were later divorced. She married Henry J. Shulz[Shultz]. They were later divorced.

Surviving are one daughter, Michelle Deschamps, Ogden; one grandchild; her mother of Malad; two brothers and one sister, Glen T. Evans, Ogden; Rex T. Evans, Malad, Idaho; and Betty M. Jones, Ogden.

Funeral services were Friday at 11 a.m. at the graveside in the Malad City Cemetery.
