William Hyrum Clark

William Hyrum Clark, age 82, cherished husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away at his home in Sandy, Utah, Monday, December 5, 1996.

He was born December 23, 1913 in Malad, Idaho to William H. and Olive Jones Clark.

He married Katie Hill on May 16, 1940 in Malad. The marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.

He spent many years teaching school in Blackfoot, Idaho, and surrounding areas. He was a member of the LDS Church. He loved fishing, hunting and being with his family and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 56 years; his children Carol and Edward Bioski, Middlebury, Conn., Betty and Steven Rowe, Springfield, Mo,. and William H. and Gayann Clark, Murray, Utah; his sister, Hilda Potter, Tacoma, Wash.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Saturday, December 7, 1996 at 1 p.m. in Malad, Idaho, at the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W. 300 N. Family and friends may call Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Malad City Cemetery.
