SERVICES HELD MONDAY FOR MRS. SHIRLIE WILLIAMS
Funeral Services were held Monday at Boise for Mrs. Shirlie Williams, 47, who died Thursday after an extended illness.
They were conducted at the McBratney Alden – Waggoner Chapel by the Rev. Dr. Herbert E. Richards of the First Methodist Cathedral of the Rockies. Interment, was at Morris Hill.
Mrs. Williams was born Dec. 21, 1919. At Malad, a daughter of John and Armenta Jones. She lived here the early years of her life and then moved to Pocatello. She was married at Pocatello to H. B. (Bill) Williams on Dec. 24, 1947. The couple lived in Pocatello until 1945 when they moved to Boise.
Survivors in addition to her husband include four daughters, Mrs. DeAnna Chaffin, Idaho Falls; Debbie Williams, Mrs. Judy Giles. And Mrs. Susan Hinsz, all of Boise; her mother, Mrs. Armenta Jones, Malad; a brother, LaVar Jones, Grantsville, Utah, and seven sisters, Mrs. Alice Ferguson, Aberdeen; Mrs. Margaret Asire, Fierbaugh, Calif.; Mrs. Merle Henderson and Mrs. Elaine Tillotson both of Pocatello; Mrs. Melba Harmon, Tracy, Calif.; Mrs. Donna Tillotson, Hazelton; Mrs. Kay Williams, Shelley; A brother, Victor Jones, died In February. Mrs. Armenta Jones accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Frank Williams, Jr, of Shelley to attend the services ln Boise.
