Samantha Ann Judy (Sami Ann), beautiful baby daughter of Tiffany Paige Thorpe and Greg Allen Judy, born February 24, 1998 in American Fork, UT, returned to her Heavenly Father, March 3, 1998 in Denver, CO, after a valiant struggle.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 7, 1998 at 11 a.m. in Malad, ID.

Survivors include her parents, of Orem, grandparents, Brent and Ann Thorpe, of Orem; John and Linda Judy of Sandy; great-grandparents Austin and LaRue Garner, of Salt Lake City; Bill and Reva Thorpe, of Malad, ID; Betty Mosher of Holladay; Mary Judy of Logan; many aunts, uncles and cousins, who look forward to seeing her again. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Fan Garner, Amos Mosher and Mark Judy.

In Lieu of flowers the family suggests a contribution in Sami’s name to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit.
