Two of his many accomplishments came in obtaining his pilots license and in building his own log home in Malad in 2000. Randy was a loving husband, father and grandfather, a devoted friend and an amazing example of optimism, courage and gratitude for all his blessings and challenges, including his battle with cancer. He was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a high priest in the Malad LDS 1st Ward.
